• information you provide about your CRM, sales pipeline, organization, cause, speaking inquiry, prayer request, or other reason for contacting Tony

You are not required to provide this information unless you choose to submit a form, join a mailing list, or otherwise contact TonyVent.com.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, the web server and third-party services used on the site may receive basic technical information when you visit, such as:

TonyVent.com does not use this information to identify you personally unless needed for security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or operation of the site.

TonyVent.com does not sell personal information to data brokers.

4. Forms

TonyVent.com currently uses Formspree to process website inquiry forms.

When you submit one of these forms, the information you enter is transmitted to Formspree for delivery to TonyVent.com.

Formspree's handling of information is also governed by its own privacy practices.

5. Substack

TonyVent.com may display an embedded subscription form provided by Substack for "The Dirt Road with Tony V."

If you subscribe through that form, the information you provide is transmitted to Substack and is subject to Substack's privacy practices.

The Substack form is currently used as a subscription method while TonyVent.com transitions its email system.

6. Payhip, Stripe and Purchases

TonyVent.com links to Payhip for digital products and downloads, and to Stripe for printed books and Black & Gold products.

Payment information is entered and processed on Payhip or Stripe, not directly on TonyVent.com.

TonyVent.com may receive customer and order information made available by Payhip or Stripe in connection with a purchase, but TonyVent.com does not directly collect or store your payment-card information through this website.

Payhip's and Stripe's collection and processing of information is governed by their own privacy practices.

7. YouTube and Embedded Content

TonyVent.com contains videos and other content hosted by YouTube.

When you load or interact with embedded YouTube content, Google or YouTube may receive information about your device, browser, IP address, or interaction with that content and may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies and settings.

8. Cookies and Third-Party Technologies

TonyVent.com itself does not currently operate an advertising network or sell visitor information for targeted advertising.

TonyVent.com uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which links and buttons are used. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and receives the kind of technical information described in Section 2.

TonyVent.com does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, prayer requests, medical information, free-text discussion topics or other form-answer content to Google Analytics.

Third-party services embedded in or linked from the site, including services such as YouTube and Substack, may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect information according to their own policies.

Those third parties control their own data practices.

If TonyVent.com materially changes its use of analytics, advertising, cookies, or similar technologies, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

9. Do Not Track Disclosure

Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" or similar privacy signal.

TonyVent.com does not currently alter its own website operation in response to browser Do Not Track signals because TonyVent.com does not currently operate behavioral advertising on the site.

Third-party services embedded in the site may collect information about users over time and across different websites or online services. Their response to Do Not Track or similar signals is governed by their own policies and technology.

10. Sharing of Information

TonyVent.com may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, communicate with visitors, process inquiries, provide subscriptions, or complete requested transactions.

TonyVent.com retains personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, ongoing business communications, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

TonyVent.com uses reasonable measures intended to protect information submitted through the website.

However, no Internet transmission, website, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

TonyVent.com is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
